Pneumatic is faster than electric. If there is a requirement for speed, it is recommended to use pneumatic packaging machine; Pneumatic are sealing bag with steel blocks, and electric are sealing bag with aluminum blocks. Steel blocks are more durable and no need to be replaced. Aluminum blocks need to be replaced every 3-6 months; Pneumatic sealing is stronger than electric, so pneumatic sealing is tighter. If you use non-woven packaging, it is recommended to use pneumatic; Electric is suitable for sealing bags with a thickness of less than 0.06mm, and pneumatic can seal bags with a thickness of less than 0.1mm.
