This is a vibration-based weighing filling machine specifically designed for dispensing various powders or granules. All components in contact with the material are made of stainless steel.
Our engineers have prioritized maintaining excellent filling accuracy while increasing the machine’s capacity and filling volume by sacrificing filling speed. It is suitable for production packaging that requires precision, high capacity, and material versatility.

The application fields can include food and beverages (such as flour, powdered sugar, coffee, and seasonings), pharmaceuticals (powders, tablets, and capsules), chemicals (powdered chemicals, granular additives, and solid granular fertilizers), and agriculture (seeds, feed, pesticides, and fertilizers).

The machine uses vibration to transport the material from the hopper to the weighing area inside the machine. When the machine detects that the weight in the weighing area reaches the set value, the vibration feeding stops immediately, and the gate of the weighing area opens to allow the material to flow into your container through the discharge channel.

The machine has a large size and weight. To ensure the safety of the product during transportation, we package the machine in a wooden crate. Therefore, you may need a forklift or other unloading tools to receive the goods. Liftgate service is available at an additional cost and may not be available on every occasion.
